Why did my range drop and what can be done?
The most common cause is imbalance: one cell group loses capacity faster than the others, and the BMS limits the whole battery to it. Diagnostics shows whether that is the case. If it is, the repair brings back part of the lost range without replacing the battery.
Why won't my Tesla charge above 50%?
Most often it is the BMS reacting to imbalance or a weak cell group (BMS_a064, BMS_a079, BMS_a074 alerts). It can also be an isolation fault (BMS_a027, BMS_a035) — that is a different problem. Diagnostics will show the exact cause — we won't guess over the phone.
What does BMS_a066 mean?
BMS_a066 is an early warning about state-of-charge imbalance between cell groups. If it isn't fixed, the imbalance usually grows and BMS_a064 or BMS_a079 appear, limiting charge to 50%. We check the voltage of all 96 cell groups and the battery's behaviour under load to find what is behind the alert.
Will simple balancing fix my Tesla battery?
If the cell groups have only drifted apart in state of charge, balancing can help. But if one group has lost capacity (for example with BMS_a067), the imbalance comes back — then that group or module needs repair. Diagnostics shows which case you have.
What is imbalance and what should it be?
Imbalance is the voltage difference between the highest and the lowest cell group. At rest, a healthy battery usually has a small imbalance (a few to a few dozen millivolts). The larger and more persistent the imbalance, the more the BMS limits the battery.

Yes. Diagnostics at our workshop (Berezhany village, Lviv district) costs 1000 UAH, on-site at your location — 1500 UAH. Tell us where you are and we'll arrange it.
