Lost range or got a BMS alert?
We repair your Tesla battery instead of replacing it.

We find the weak cell group and restore it instead of replacing the whole high-voltage battery. Several times cheaper, with a warranty on our work.

Inside the battery

Tesla Model 3 battery: 4 modules, 96 cell groups

We check every cell group separately. If one falls behind — like cell 63 in the diagram — the BMS limits the charge and range of the whole car. That is the group we find and restore.

When people come to us

Sound familiar?

If you notice even one of these, get the battery checked now — before the problem gets more expensive.

01

Range dropped sharply

A full charge shows noticeably fewer kilometres than before, or the percentage suddenly drops while driving.

02

BMS alerts on the screen

BMS_a066, BMS_a064, BMS_a079 and other battery imbalance alerts, maximum charge limited.

03

Charge limited or not charging

The Tesla won't charge above a certain level (often 50%), charging doesn't start, or the battery limits power.

Our diagnostics

We see every cell group, not just an error on the screen

We built our own Lemberg Car app. It shows the voltage of all 96 cell groups, the imbalance, how the battery behaves under load and its real capacity. Below are real screenshots from our diagnostics.

What cars come in with — and what they leave with

Screenshots from our app on real cars. Imbalance is the difference between the highest and the lowest cell group: the smaller, the better.

A complex case
249 mV imbalance

Sagging cells in three modules at once

One cell group dropped by 249 mV, several more by 30–53 mV in modules 2, 3 and 4. Because of this the BMS heavily limits the battery.

Module table: faulty cells in modules 2, 3 and 4
After repair
3–8 mV imbalance

A balanced battery

This is what batteries look like after our repairs: all 96 cell groups within the norm, imbalance of 3 and 8 mV.

After repair: 3 mV imbalance
After repair: 8 mV imbalance
What we do with the battery

One weak group drags the whole battery down

The BMS follows the weakest cell group and limits the charge and range of the whole car because of it. We find that group, restore it and balance the battery.
